The warm bath will relax your muscles, calm your emotions, and ease your nervous tension. High mineralization of medicinal salt, in addition to deep skin nourishment, ensures penetration through the skin of elements necessary for the nervous system: magnesium, potassium, bromine and calcium. Their ideal concentration proportions provide a calming effect and improve bone mineralization, preventing osteoporosis. Aromatherapy oils, among others Lavender, geranium and orange have a relaxing, anti-stress and relaxing effect. They also have cleansing and antiseptic properties.
